Meet Michael Villavecer, DDS
Dr. Mike Villavecer came to the Bay Area to study dentistry at the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry.
While he was in school, Dr. Villavecer realized he had a passion for general and cosmetic dentistry. He was President of the Esthetic Study Club and one of two winners of the OKU Honor Society awards in removable prosthodontics.
Upon moving to the Bay Area, he immediately fell in love with San Francisco and decided he would stay and set up roots to provide dental care to the wonderful people here.
Prior to moving to San Francisco, Dr. V. lived in Southern California. He earned his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Cal State Fullerton and attended USC to complete a post-baccalaureate program to transfer to studying dentistry. Before switching careers, he was an engineer for the U.S. Navy. His true calling would indeed be to help people improve their health, smiles, and confidence.
In his free time, Dr. V. likes to explore the Bay Area, run, listen to live music, and is an avid boxing, basketball and football fan. On the weekends, you might find him jogging through Golden Gate Park or the Embarcadero, training for his next marathon.
